# Refund & Subscription Policy

This policy applies to all paid membership subscriptions on Sports Not Stop, including our monthly plan with a seven‑day free trial.

## 1. Subscription and Free Trial

- When you start a subscription, you receive a **7‑day free trial**. No charge will be made during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew each month at the listed price.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account during the trial. If you cancel, you will keep membership access until the end of the trial and will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial expires, PayPal will charge your payment method automatically.
- Subscriptions auto‑renew until canceled. Cancellation does not refund any already‑paid subscription period, and access remains active until the end of that billing cycle.

## 2. Refund Terms

- **During free trial**: No payment has been taken, so no refund is applicable.
- **After successful billing**: Membership is a digital online service delivered immediately upon payment. Refunds are generally not offered. We may review exceptions such as duplicate charges, payment errors, or prolonged service outages if you provide your PayPal subscription ID.
- If a recurring payment fails, your premium access may be suspended. PayPal will retry payment according to its own rules.
- Any approved refund will be processed via PayPal to your original payment method.

## 3. How to Cancel

You may cancel the recurring subscription inside your PayPal dashboard at any time. Please note: deleting your account on our website does **not** cancel the automatic billing inside PayPal.

## 4. Service

Membership provides access to digital online content only; no physical goods are included. We reserve the right to adjust features and content and will notify subscribers for material changes where reasonable.
